The Information & Communication Technology Office (ICTO) at Saint George University of Beirut (SGUB) invites highly qualified individuals to submit their Applications for:

Job Title: ERP System Administrator
Reports to: ICTO -Director 

JOB PURPOSE

The ERP System Administrator is mainly responsible for the implementation and support of university-wide software applications including feasibility studies, planning and facilitating systems implementation and integration, managing all aspects of the ERP system and SharePoint environments, and training end users to optimize their use of the business systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional/Technical Duties:

•Manages all technical aspects of the University-wide ERP systems, in terms of analysis, design, testing, customization, data conversion and interface building.
•Maintains, troubleshoots and upgrades the University-wide ERP systems.
•Provides support in the operational aspects of the University-wide ERP systems. Provides support for end-users with matters related to the technical aspects of these applications.
•Works with the IT team to design and develop solutions to address business needs and opportunities. Proposes changes that would make the SharePoint environment a more effective solution.
•Administers and manages the University’s SharePoint environment to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained.
•Develops, configures and maintains document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections. Perform typical system administrative activities such as site creation, user training and issue resolution.
•Design and develop new, and maintain existing, SharePoint systems based on sound business analysis and service-oriented systems design principles.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP Financials and SharePoint in a timely and efficient manner.
•Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve system performance and capabilities.
•Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Knowledge: 

•Proven experience in ERP system administration, particularly in financial modules.
•Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, including configuration, maintenance, and user support. 
•Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

Education: 

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
• ERP certifications and Microsoft Certified SharePoint Administrator are a plus.

Experience: 

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in ERP implementation, and at least two (2) years’ experience working in a SharePoint platform.

Languages: 

• English Comprehension: Present written and verbal messages in an advanced English level.
• Minimum Languages: Arabic and English
